The sun is essential to our existence.  Without it, life will cease to exist.  In our spiritual life, God is our “sun”.  He is essential for us to live and without Him we are nothing.

There are moments in our lives when we find ourselves lost in the wilderness of all our problems.  There are times when we experience spiritual dryness.  We end up living in a dry, barren desert when we fail to seek God and allow Him to be a part of our lives.

But amidst the barren desert of our lives, God is the oasis.  He pours out the abundance of His love and grace.  He nourishes our souls and quenches out thirst for truth. 

God’s love is enough whenever we find ourselves lost and nowhere to go.  

His love is so intense that we can feel the desire burning in our hearts to love Him back.

Whenever we find ourselves feeling all alone and unworthy because of our sins, 

feel the warmth of God’s embrace.
