Father, I thank you for the privilege of shepherding your people in your behalf.  I pray that as we follow your footsteps, we may also grow in character and in relationship with You.  May we always bear in mind that mission is us and everything else is just a reflection of our relationship with You.  This I pray in Jesus' name.
