ME United reflections from SFC Kuwait

Last 29th March, SFCs from the region had their ME United (see link) 
Read on how Singles for Christ members from Kuwait experienced HIS great love for them through this regional event.

Praying simultaneously via the internet was not a usual thing for me. But since we were invited and was encouraged to attend the ME United, I thought why not give it a try. Although my initial reaction was indifferent with the setup, I convinced myself to listen intently to what the speaker was talking about. “Be sincere and feel your connection with God”, that is what I remember our worship leader told us and that is what I tried to do. As the minutes went by, I soon felt an unexplainable feeling inside of me as we prayed. I did not even notice that the worship has ended and I was already saying my last prayer.
I still cannot come up with the best statement to describe what I felt, all I know is, it was something I would like to experience again.-Sis Aiki Acman

It was an intimate encounter with God as I felt His powerful presence. I was like in a conference with direct connection to Him.  He has affirmed me of His plans for me to experience fullness in my family.

 It is such a wonderful experience to feel the presence of our God, moreso to experience it with the people whom I share the same faith with.  It was an eye opener, a reminder of all the wonderful things God has blessed me with and that no matter how big my problems are and even though I feel unworthy, God is BIGGER than all these.  I am saved in Jesus’ name!

 To feel the greatness of the Lord is such a heart warming experience.  It made me realize how blessed I am to be in this community, to be surrounded with brothers and sisters who serve the Lord with all their heart.  I was touched as well because there are people we do not know who are praying for us.  It was a spirit-filled night.  My prayer is strengthened.  My heart is renewed because of our BIG BOSS, OUR GREAT GOD.

ME united 2012 was really a one of a kind experience. It seemed like the Middle East Conference in the first quarter of the year. I am privileged and honored to experience such spirit-filled and uplifting ME United 2012. I liked the part where all embraced each other and felt God’s grace flowing. I really felt God's love in this moment. It is like God is telling me that I’m never alone in my journey.        -  Sis Carmela Jalipa
